PRELIMINARY

Rack mounting procedure

1. If feet were previously attached to the bottom of the switcher, remove them.

2. Mount the SW USB Series switcher on the rack shelf, using two

4-40 x 3/16 inch screws in opposite (diagonal) corners to secure the unit to the

shelf (see the illustrations on the next page).

. Install blank panel(s) or other unit(s) on the rack shelf as desired.

4. Install the shelf in the rack.

The following illustrations show examples of how the SW USB can be mounted on

different sized rack shelves.
