If you are not connected to the device, the Update Firmware submenu is not available.

2. Click OK. A separate window opens and the details of the device and current installed

firmware is acquired.

3. Browse to and select the downloaded firmware file. Valid firmware files have an S19

file extension.

4. Click Open. This returns you to the Update Firmware dialog box.

5. Click Update. The progress bar shows the progress of the firmware upload to the

device. After uploading is completed, the device restarts. Reconnection to the device

must be made to enable live configuration.
